VEGAN WAFFLES RECIPE

Vegan waffles by sweet and salted with any animal product.

Ingredients ( serves 6)

200g plain flour

70g white sugar

40cl sparkling water or almond milk or soya milk

2 tablespoons olive oil

11g baking powder

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

Add all the liquids almond milk ( or sparkling water or soya milk ), olive oil and vanilla extract mixture to the dry ingredient until to get as smooth batter as possible

Ladle the batter into the waffle maker. Cook the waffles until golden and crisp.

Ideal for brunch and breakfast. Enjoy the waffles with chocolate sauce, maple syrup, honey, fruits, peanut butter etc...
